DEFINITION: ‘Organiser’ shall mean SABA ISLAMIC MEDIA SDN BHD, ‘Exhibitor’ shall mean person(s) or company applying to exhibit at the INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC FAIR 2007 (hereinafter referred to as IIF2007) and ‘Contractor’ shall mean the approved IIF2007 contractor, ‘Booth’ shall mean the standard IIF2007 exhibition booth, ‘Pavilion’ shall mean the IIF2007 pavilion, and ‘Terms & Conditions’ shall mean the IIF2007 terms-and-conditions document.

SET UP AND REMOVAL DAYS: Setup day shall be Thursday the 26th of July 2007 from 10am to 7pm. Removal day shall be Sunday the 29th of July 2007. All displays must be removed between 7pm and 12pm.
NAME TAGS: Official name tags must be worn at all times, including on setup and removal days. TWO name tags are provided per Exhibitor – additional name tags can be obtained at RM5.00 each.

PARKING: Parking bays are available at PWTC premises where the IIF2007 is held. Standard maximum rate parking coupons are provided to all Exhibitors.

OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY: IIF2007 commences with the opening ceremony at 9.00am on Friday the 27th of July 2007. Invitation cards will be distributed to all Exhibitors.

STRUCTURES: For any additional structures to multiple standard Booths and structures for the Pavilions, plans must be submitted (for approval) to the Organiser by 1st July 2007 at the latest. Actual installation works shall be by the Contractor.

FOOD & DRINKS: No food and drinks are allowed in the exhibition hall. Food & drinks are served in the cafeterias at the premises.

TELEPHONE, FAX & COMPUTERS: Exhibitors shall make direct arrangements with the Contractor for telephone, fax, computers, projectors, TV/video and internet connections.

SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS: The Organiser will take insurance cover for the whole exhibition, mainly against fire. Exhibitors may want to take own additional insurance against thefts, and other losses/damages and public liabilities.

PRAYER FACILITIES: Prayer room and facility for wudhu’ are provided separately for men and women. Friday prayer is also arranged at the premises.

CLEANING SERVICES: Cleaning services provided by the Organiser do not cover the Booth area. Exhibitor shall be responsible for keeping reasonable level of cleanliness of his/her Booth and clearance of boxes and pallets.

PROHIBITED MATERIALS: Materials prohibited under the Malaysian Law are prohibited at the Fair. The Organiser reserves the right to reject and remove such materials from display without prior notification, and shall not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage to the Exhibitor.

WITHDRAWAL: In the event of any cancellation or withdrawal by an Exhibitor, at any time and for whatever reasons, all monies paid shall be forfeited. Additionally, any cancellation after 1st June 2007 (full fee payment deadline) or in the case of ‘no show’ by the first exhibition day, the Exhibitor shall be obliged to pay the FULL FEES. In such a case, and in an effort to safeguard the integrity of the exhibition, the Organiser shall have the right to re-allocate the relevant Booth(s) or Pavilion space(s) to others.

DISCLAIMER: The Organiser reserves the right to alter, add to, or amend any of the Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the Organiser shall be final. The Exhibitor shall not hold the Organiser liable for suspending or canceling the IIF2007 due to whatever reason including natural and unnatural causes such as floods, fire, riots, and power failure.
